Off Season Challenge

How’s Your Touch Competition: challenge yourself to improve your touch and ball mastery! Compete with teamates, friends, and yourself in different juggling contetsts.

Challenges:    
Total Juggles ______  
Contestant can use any part of their body but hands (or arms) to keep the ball in the air.  Total consecutive
amount of touches without the ball hitting the ground in one try gets recorded.
     
Feet Only Juggles ______  
Total consecutive juggles using only your feet.
     
Weak Footed Juggles ______  
Total consecutive juggles only using your weaker foot (non-dominant; ex. Righties use left foot only)
     
Alternating Feet Juggles ______  
Total consecutive juggles while alternating (switching) feet each touch.
     
Above Shoulders Juggles ______  
Total consecutive juggles (feet only) with each touch going at least as high as the player’s shoulders.
     
Below Waist Juggles ______  
Total consecutive juggles (feet only) where ball stays below the waist.
     
Up/Downs ______  
Contestant juggles using feet only alternating (in sequential order) to the highest number they can and then successfully making it back down without ball hitting the ground.  Ex.  1R 1L, 2R 2L, 3R 3L, 2R 2L, 1R 1L = 3 up/downs (R=right foot, L=left  foot)
     
Head only Juggles ______  
Total consecutive juggles only using head.
